Representative Thomas moved and asked unanimous consent that reconsideration of HCS CSSB 231(FIN) be taken up on the same day. There being no objection, it was so ordered. The following was again before the House in third reading: 2008-04-11 House Journal Page 2847 HOUSE CS FOR CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 231(FIN) "An Act relating to powers of the Alaska Housing Finance Corporation involving homelessness, housing retention, and transition from dependency on low-cost housing; and providing for an effective date." The question to be reconsidered: "Shall HCS CSSB 231(FIN) pass the House?" Representative Samuels moved and asked unanimous consent that the roll call on the passage of the bill be considered the roll call on the effective date clause. There being no objection, it was so ordered. HCS CSSB 231(FIN) was referred to the Chief Clerk for engrossment.
